Kevin Treadway is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. Upon High School graduation, Kevin began working in the residential construction field. After graduating from Lexington Community College with an Associates Degree in Architecture, Kevin continued to pursue a career in residential and commercial construction that spanned from 1984 to 1995.

In May of 1995, Kevin began his career in the Test and Balance field. Kevin has been a Certified Test and Balance Engineer since 2004. Kevin has extensive project experience that includes hospitals, schools, correctional facilities, commercial buildings, restaurants, and industrial plants. With 29 years of experience, Kevin has been a part of all aspects of the Test and Balance profession which includes field work, estimating, project management, leadership of field technicians, reviewing Test and Balance reports and training personnel.
